    What to Expect from Personal Training

    • Nutrition
      Proper nutrition is vital to your success in this program. The NeoLimits Fitness meal planner is a computerized plan, which includes real foods that you are most likely already eating. The key to the program is the proper ratio of proteins, carbohydrates and fats and the appropriate portion sizes. Your individual daily caloric expenditure will be determined based on your body fat percentage, and a caloric prescription will be made.
    • Resistance Training
      Muscular fitness is essential for performing daily tasks such as lifting a child or pushing a lawnmower. Improving your strength and endurance will help improve your everyday life. Your resistance-training program will be designed with your personal goals in mind and will be customized to fit your schedule. You will exercise all the major muscle groups, paying special attention to the body’s core musculature or trunk muscles. Through resistance training, you are working to build muscle. Muscle is active tissue that burns calories (1 LB burns 30 to 50 calories per day), so as we build muscle, we burn fat, and thus increase our metabolism.
    • Cardiovascular Exercise

    Fitness Coaching
    Designed for clients who need a jump-start to their workouts, we offer an innovative program which involves a meeting with a NeoLimits Fitness trainer once or twice a month, or as needed. Your trainer will examine your fitness program, offer suggestions, and provide you with new exercises and training techniques to help you get the results you want.
