The Sports Training Facility

Our sport specific training zone is a one of a kind training facility.
The sports performance zone consists of a strength training area
modeled after those found in Division I collegiate programs. There
is 65 yards of indoor artificial turf for speed development, footwork
drills and agility training. A half court basketball floor is used
for skill sessions and plyometric drills. Sport specific skill sessions
allow our coaches to work with the athletes on skills pertaining
directly to their sport of choice. Whether it is football, track,
basketball, volleyball, soccer, you name the sport we will improve
your performance!

Camps

This summer NeoLimits will offer 3 S.A.C.S. Training Camps. S.A.C.S.
stands for speed, agility, core and strength. The camps are designed
for young athletes to enhance their performance no matter what sport
they play. NeoLimits will hold 3 camps this summer:
• June 7– July 2
• July 5 - July 30
• August 2 – August 27

NeoLimits offers one on one sports training. Our sports trainers
are cerrtified and ready to meet your specific sport needs. Purchase
sessions individually or take advantage of our 4 week program.
