    CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

    NeoLimits Fitness offers a wide variety of classes to suit your individual interests. With so many classes, you're sure to find one that fits your interests and your schedule. Check our above class schedules for availability. The class schedules may change month to month.

    NEW CLASSES

    Street Jam:
    Combine a bit funk, poppin', B-Boy (aka Break Dancin'), and some bumpin' club music and you're gettin' your dance on.  Need we say more?  All levels welcome.

    Zen Pilates-Mat:
    This mat class combines your traditionally based Pilates format with a more focused, zen approach.  Train and master your core with this new class.  All levels welcome.


    REEBOK® CORE TRAINING:
    Core Training works from the inside out to help increase your strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Reebok® is registered trademark of Reebok International. (Each Core Training class has a specific focus)

    CORESSENTIALS:
    Do you want rippling abdominals? How about a healthier back… if the answer is yes, this is the class for you. Join us for the workout that will leave wanting more. Integrate core exercises with a cardiovascular premise to create a beautiful and strong mid-section.

    REAR ASSETS:
    Would you like glutes that make heads turn? Try this muscle specific class to help push your over that training plateau. You’ll leave this class very acquainted with your new friend, the glutes.

    SUPER STEP:
    A fun and challenging class to take step enthusiasts to new levels! More intricate choreography on and off the bench as well as high intensity intervals and sport drill moves. Step experience needed.

    SHUT UP & SWEAT:
    It’s time to sweat …no questions asked! If you give us your will, we will give you a non-stop endurance training session. Everything from power step, jump-roping, plyometrics, to medicine ball drills are just the beginning. Basic step knowledge is helpful.

    STEP AND PUMP:
    An efficient way to get your cardio and resistance training in one class! If you are crunched for time and can’t miss your step class for weight training, try this one! Intervals of step coupled with dumbbells and resistance tubing ending with abdominals and stretch with the Resist-a-Ball! All levels.

    STEP INTERVAL:
    A cardio combination that is sure to please. From easy to follow step and floor aerobics, to more athletic moves using basic calisthenics and/or kickboxing, medicine balls and stability balls, bands and any unique exercise tool to enhance speed, agility and balance! FAT BURNER!

    BASIC TRAINING:
    It’s time to get back to basics. Improved functional strength, anaerobic capacity, coordination, and range of motion, will set you on the path back to a youthful body. This is a great precursor to Boot Camp.

    CARDIO COMBO:
    A fun combination of step, kickboxing, floor aerobics, plyometric and athletic drills in one class! All cardio.

    PILATES RESIST-A-BALL:
    Combine Pilates-mat and beginner Yoga poses with the Resist-a-Ball to create a unique way of strengthening and stretching to improve balance and core stability.

    BOOT CAMP:
    Do you want a challenge; then this is the class for you. Take a page from the military, a bit of sports performance, and just enough strength training to have your muscles on fire and you have Boot Camp. Come with an open mind because anything goes. All levels.

    KARDIO KICKBOX:
    The Ultimate cardio workout. Nonstop kick boxing moves coordinated to improve physical and mental flexibility. Well worth the effort. Results are instantaneous. All levels.

    YOGALATES:
    A blend of Yoga and Pilates using all the principles and essentials of both to add variety in strength and length in the muscles

    YOGA:
    Strengthen and re-new with the beauty and artistry of Yoga! Enhance your core strength and flexibility. Sticky mats are available. All levels, talk with instructor on specifics.

    PILATES-MAT:
    This popular mat exercise regimen uses special stretches to emphasize flexibility and overall strength. Trim and Tone! Sticky mats are available. All levels, talk with instructor on specifics.

    PIT STOP:
    Don't have a lot of time for working out? Want to brake at the club nust for cardio or strength? Enjoy your choice of either high-step or butt-kickin/ strength training. Each segment is 45 minutes.

    R.A.W. - REAL ATHLETIC WORKOUT
    Do you watch TV and think; could I hvae been an Athlete? You can be in this class. Take a llittle bit of Sport0Spicific Taining, add some Military-style calisthenics' and finish off with Reebok coreboard and you've compeleted a "Real Athletic Workout"...RAW.

    SPINNING® (Centerville Only):
    Get ready for an incredible ride! Your instructor will lead you through a variety of “terrain” experiences such as flat country roads, uphill climbs and downhill thrills! Sign up at the front desk. Space is limited to 15. All levels, no experience needed!

    You've seen the videos and DVDs at the grocery store. You've seen the late-night infomercials. Now come experience the reality of the latest in mind and body fitness. With our expansion, we have built our new Mind & Body Room which offers a variety of group fitness classes specifically in the realm of Yoga and Pilates.     Spinning®

    If when you think of a Spinning class you picture 25 people in a room twirling around until they pass out from dizziness, you're mistaken. Spinning is one of the newest and most exciting innovations in the group exercise industry today. In a spinning class the instructor will lead the class on a virtual bike ride using verbal narration and instruction. Spinning uses specially designed bikes that will challenge cyclists at every level as they are lead through a physically enhancing trip through the imagination.

    Join A Class

    All classes are free for members! Non-members are welcome.

      • $10 per class
      • $80 for 10 classes
      • $140 for 20 classes

    Classes are suitable for a variety of fitness levels. If there are any questions about any classes, please feel free to talk with the instructor 10 minutes before class time. The instructor can explain ways to modify and make classes work for you!!
