Class Descriptions

Absolute Abs
Step up to the challenge – an entire hour of ABS, including core work, functional lower back exercises, and isolated abdominal training. This is an advanced class!

Basic Training
It’s time to get back to basics. Improved functional strength, anaerobic capacity, coordination, and range of motion, will set you on the path back to a youthful body. This is a great precursor to Boot Camp.

Beats Class
A new, intense, group workout that combines exercises and dance moves into a full-body workout.

Boot Camp
Do you want a challenge; then this is the class for you. Take a page from the military, a bit of sports performance, and just enough strength training to have your muscles on fire and you have Boot Camp. Come with an open mind because anything goes. All levels.

Cardio Kickboxing
The Ultimate cardio workout. Nonstop kick boxing moves coordinated to improve physical and mental flexibility. Well worth the effort. Results are instantaneous. All levels.

Core Express
Do you want rippling abdominals? How about a healthier back… if the answer is yes, this is the class for you. Join us for the workout that will leave wanting more. Integrate core exercises with a cardiovascular premise to create a beautiful and strong mid-section.

Core Training
Core Training works from the inside out to help increase your strength, flexibility, balance and stamina. Reebok® is registered trademark of Reebok International. (Each Core Training class has a specific focus).

The Drill
It’s not just a class, it’s an experience. Come push your limits with this high intensity one hour class. Move quickly from one drill to the next as you challenge your body in new and exciting ways. Led by instructors Misty, Bethany and Joan, all certified group exercise instructors, two of which are also certified personal trainers and two of which are figure competitors.

Group PT
This is a women's only class with class sizes ranging from 5 to 10 people. This is essentially a personal training session at a fraction of the cost. Participants will get a total-body, intermediate to advanced workout. There is a fee for this class.

Long, Lean & Bad
Do you want a lean upper torso? How about long powerful arms…this class may be just for you. Using a variety of strength training equipment, your upper body will be challenged with each exercise. The perfect compliment to Rear Assets.

R.A.W.
Do you watch TV and think; could I hvae been an Athlete? You can be in this class. Take a llittle bit of Sport0Spicific Taining, add some Military-style calisthenics' and finish off with Reebok coreboard and you've compeleted a "Real Athletic Workout"...RAW.

Step and Sculpt
Get a great cardio workout on the Reebok Step for the first 30 minutes, and then stick around for BodySculpt, a body shaping class designed to challenge all muscle groups using a variety of equipment.

Straight Up Street
Choreographed to music, giving a great workout for the heart and lungs, while being fun and easy to learn. So whether you are a dance whiz or have two left feet, this is the class for you.

Strength & Conditioning
This class combines intervals of weights with Cardio exercises of speed, agility & plyometric moves. Expect to get an all around (upper & lower body) workout.

Total Body Blast
Come challenge yourself to a total body strength workout using bars, balls, dumbbells, and body weight. You'll feel it the next day!

Zumba
This class is a fusion of Latin and International music that creates a dynamic, exciting, and effective fitness exercise system to burn fat and calories.

Mind and Body Class List

Beginner / Intermediate Pilates
Beginning and Intermediate levels of Pilates develops long, lean muscles, a flat stomach, a strong core, excellent balance and great posture. This class provides the essentials you will need for more advanced Pilates classes.

Hatha Yoga
A gentle form of lengthening the muscles, then relaxing into a stretch or pose using ujjayi breathing. Helps strengthen the core, mental focus, stress release and anxiety.

Meng's Martial Arts
Meng's Martial Arts, in collaboration with NeoLimits, presents the best self-defense and martial arts instruction in Dayton. This program will educate you in all ranges of combat and prepare you - body, mind, and spirit - should you ever have to defend your life or just want to improve your life. NeoLimits members receive 30% discount off regular program fees.

Pilates
Pilates is a unique total mind body conditioning system, that strengthens and lengthens specified muscle groups.

Pilates Band & Ball
A dynamic workout, Pilates Ball and Band incorporates the principals of Pilates while challenging the body on the stability ball and utilizing the gentle resistance of stretch bands to tone and lengthen muscles.

Pilates Essentials
Essential is the appropriate word for the class. If you want to develop long lean muscles, a flat stomach, strong core, excellent balance and beautiful posture then this class is the first place to start. This class will provide you with the "Essential” tools you will need for maximum results for your Pilates body. It is recommended that you take this class a minimum of 5 times before taking any other Pilates class.

Yogalates
A wonderful mixture of increasing flexibility, stress release, mental focus, core and over-all toning and lengthening of the muscles.

Get ready for an incredible ride! Your instructor will lead you through a variety of “terrain” experiences such as flat country roads, uphill climbs and downhill thrills! Sign up at the front desk. Space is limited to 15. All levels, no experience needed!
